selection training and development etc. Islamic HRM practices to develop of

employee’s individual skills, abilities, attitudes and job knowledge to contribute for accomplishing organizational.

activities. Training and Development from the Islamic Tradition

can be provide constructive contribution to work place practices.

Also Islamic HRM is helpful for Non-Muslim managers practices of Islamic principles ‘Shariah’ (Islamic

law). understanding and practices of Islamic principles,

recruitment and selection, training and development, and reward system significantly related to the trust.
