• Leaders are the direction of the organization

• They have certain responsibilities with regard to ISO 45001


ISO 45001 Migration


Migration – based on IAF documentation

• IAF and CASCO, may agree a three year migration period

• OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications will not be valid after migration period

• The expiry date need to correspond to the end of the migration period

During surveillance audits. Upgrade to accredited OHSAS 18001

certificate prior to migration to ISO

45001.

During the re-certification audit.

audit (IAF Mandatory requirement)

* also applicable for migration before their due recertification date. A re-issued certificate with a new 3 year validity period will be

issued upon completion of migration through recertification.
