4. All discrepancies with any order(s) must be reported to McLoughlan Supplies Limited within 24
hours from receipt of shipment.
5. No non-stock material will be accepted by McLoughlan Supplies Limited unless authorization for the
return is given by the appropriate supplier. All freight and re-stocking charges are the responsibility
of the customer.
6. Any material returned to McLoughlan Supplies Limited must be in original cartons and in resalable
condition. McLoughlan Supplies Limited reserves the right to refuse the return of any product it
deems unacceptable.
7. All returned product, after full inspection by McLoughlan Supplies Limited staff, which is determined
to be defective, will be replaced and/or repaired at the discretion of McLoughlan Supplies Limited
and/or the supplier.
