Our primary objective is to promote & develop standardization organizations across kingdom & facilitate organizations commitment to maintain, improve quality/safety of products/services by guiding, implementing best manufacturing practices for organisation to make them to accomplish following goals:

The following 2 stage process is adopted to prepare project strategy;Stage 1:The objective of project is clearly defined, communicated to client & highlight their role to achieve the milestone. Assisting & educating client in framing vision & mission statements, quality policy & objectives, core values and business ethics policies.Stage 2: In order to propose strategy, we at ISO Bahrain consultancy services company initially perform the assessment considering the existing client business activities as under;
• Type of products/services• Methods of manufacturing/services• Design & development• Import or export activities• Number of locations, departments and total manpower, etc.
We also study the client existing management system status in terms of maintaining documentation, application of PDCA methods in process/activities, quality assurance and control activities, Verification and Inspection methods of products/services, supplier relationships, and customer satisfaction. After analysing the above, we propose project strategy and calculate the time frame by understanding activities and plan specific intervals of project progress & duration as laid in project plan.Later, we estimate the working man days required to complete the project. This will be reviewed with the client and any amendments in terms of duration or timeframe to complete the project, we will agree upon the same and the revised project strategy is made & signed off from the client.
