This 16-hour course is designed to increase your under standing of the changes from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 and how to audit against the new standard. We will review the tools necessary to conduct process-based internal audits using the ISO 9001:2015 Standard as the basis for the audits. This training focuses on auditing techniques enabling you to perform effective internal audits against the new standard that will help ensure your internal audits are productive. All participants will gain hands-on experience enabling you to conduct process-based audits through sample audits or actual process-based audits conducted using your company’s quality manual.
