ISOTHERM Anwendung Die Verteilerregelstation ISOTHERM ist konzipiert zum Einsatz in Flächenheizungen (z.B. Fußboden/ Wandheizungen) Flächenheizungen kombiniert mit Radiatoren/Heizkörperkreis Application The hydraulic control unit ISOTHERM is designed for operation of Radiant panel heating (e.g. floor / wall heating) Radiant panel heating in combination with radiator heating ISOTHERM Die Regelstation ISOTHERM wird zur Konstant Regelung der Vorlauftemperatur von wasserführenden Heizsyste- men, insbesondere von Flächenheizungen eingesetzt. Das Einspritzventil ist als Proportionalregler konzipiert und arbeitet ohne Hilfsenergie. Der direkt im Medium platzierte Thermostat wird fortwährend mit der aktuellen Vorlauftemperatur beaufschlagt. Abweichungen vom Sollwert bewir- ken unverzüglich eine Ventilhub-Änderung, so dass sich entsprechend die Menge des aus dem Primärkreis einge- spritzten heißen Wassers ändert. Die eingespritzte Wassermenge vermischt sich am Eingang zur Umwälzpumpe mit dem Rücklaufwasser aus dem Verteiler und hält so die Vorlauftemperatur in einem engen Temperaturbereich kon- stant. Der Vorlauftemperatur Sollwert lässt sich durch das Einstell-Handrad stufenlos von 30 – 50 °C bzw. 45 - 60 °C ein- stellen. Temperaturbegrenzer zur Abschaltung der Pumpe bei Übertemperatur Nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Einsatz ist anhand der geltenden Vorschriften vor Inbetriebnahme zu prüfen. ISOTHERM The hydraulic control unit ISOTHERM is used for constant flow temperature control in water heating systems particu- lar in radiant panel heating systems. The injection valve is designed as a proportional controller and operates without auxiliary energy. The thermostat situated directly in the medium is in continuous contact with the flow temperature at all times. Deviations from the target value result in an immediate change in valve stroke and, accordingly, a change in the volume of the hot water injected from the primary circuit. The injected water volume is mixed with the return water from the manifold at the in- let to the circulation pump and, in this way, keeps the flow temperature constant within a narrow temperature range. The required flow temperature can be set at the adjusting hand wheel between 30 and 50 °C or 45 and 60 °C. Temperature limiter deactivates the pump in case of over temperature Check in the relevant regulations for improper use before commissioning. Einsatz in der Praxis Die Verteilerregelstation ISOTHERM kann rechts- oder linksseitig an alle Watts Industries OEM Heizkreisverteiler 1" mittels Überwurfmutter angeschlossen werden. Die Abmessungen sind sehr kompakt, so dass ein Einbau in Standard Verteilerschränke möglich ist. Mit entsprechenden Zubehörteilen aus dem Watts Industries OEM Sortiment kann die Regelstation auch mit Wärmezäh- lern ausgerüstet werden. Installation The control unit ISOTHERM can be mounted either on the left or right hand side of all Watts Industries OEM manifolds 1“ by using sleeve nuts. The compact dimensions of the unit make sure installation in manifold cabinets. Heat meter adapter sets are available as accessories from Watts Industries.
