Paradip Port has handled 24.44 MMT of traffic as against 20.59 MMT improvement in productivity of ship day from 22,161MT in 2016-17

The Port has taken up a host of projects to increase the capacity from
existing 143.44 Million Metric Tonnes per annum to 325 MMTPA by
the year ending 2025

to Paradip Bhawan" at a cost of Rs.1,23,83,800/- has

aforesaid event and also spread awareness among the
visitors

Jagannath Samaj & PPT celebrated Rath Yatra festival
The 3rd International Day of Yoga has been celebrated by Paradip Port
Trust with much enthusiasm on 21.06.2017. Shri N. Vaiyapuri,
Dy. Chairman, Paradip Port Trust inaugurated the programme at Officers'
Club premises in the morning. Officers & Employees of Paradip Port
Trust, CISF personnel of PPT Unit, Students of Port Trust ME School and
residents of the Port Township actively participated in large number in
the programme organized at Officers' Club premises as well as at
Gopabandhu Stadium.
Smt. Sanjukta Mohanty, Sr. Higher National Programme Fauclty from
the Art of Living, conducted Yoga programme with assistance from Smt.
Jharana Pati, Yoga Teacher of Port Trust ME School at Officers' Club. Shri
Dhanurddhara Nayak of Patanjanli Yoga Samiti, Paradip conducted the
Yoga programme at Gopabandhu Stadium. Shri Tapas Ranjan Pati from
the Art of Living, Paradip conducted practice sessions on 19th and 20th
June for the preparation of the participants.
