This user manual is intended for ISS representatives who are utilizing the ReplacementPartsPros.com (RPP) program. The RPP program allows for error-free ordering of display parts and POP.
You are able to access RPP on the Home Depot Supplier Center page and order display parts and POP from the following departments:

Once you click or enter a search criteria, you will see a picture of a faucet (1), or a pod label (2). 1

You will enter the quantity of the needed part by clicking on the drop down menu.
To select a pod label, you will simply click on “Order Now!”

After you are finished selecting your replacement parts or pod labels you will then click “add to cart” (2) and either “continue shopping” or “checkout.” (3)

Depending on the items, you may be asked to fill in options and update your shopping cart before attempting to checkout.
The user must click the update button to record new information. (1)

How to…Run ReportsOrder Detail by Store - Orders by Vendor - Total Orders by Store
The report “Order Detail by Store” allows the user to view specific order information by store. Details such as store number, contact information, order status, quantity, product description and model.
To view these reports, click on the link for “my account” which is located on the top navigational bar. Then simply click on the orders you have made or your organization has made.

The “Orders by Vendor” report gives a breakdown of orders made by your users, broken down by vendors and time frame.

The “Order by Store” report displays total orders made at stores during a given time frame. Stores in this list are a combination of stores in your assigned BYOs and also in the states you cover.

*In order to keep your user listing current, please add or delete users as needed.
Select the “Administration” link on the front page of the site.
Enter your user name and password and then select the appropriate account.
