Tecnoceam

Grilled Vegetable Processing with the Tecnoceam Grill Oven The grilled vegetables processed are cooked in hot air around 300-350°c and then grill marked on both sides. Both operations (cooking and marking) are performed inside Tecnoceam continuous grill roasting oven.The cooking time depends on the product type, but usually varies from 4 to 10 minutes.

The hot air cooking process is more gentle than other alternatives of process heating like blanching or steaming. The taste, colour, nutrients and vitamins are better maintained, resulting in a superior product.

Cooling tunnel TR300 Used to obtain a perfect drying of enrobed products.Cooling is performed by a cooled air loop, controlled by a thermo-regulator. A low power cooling unit controls humidity, in order to obtain an excellent final result.

Spinning machine RT4 4-arm spinning machine equipped with magnets, to support three-dimensional moulds with a maximum weight 1 kg capacity per arm. The double-axial rotation and vibration, system distributes the chocolate evenly inside the mould.

Melting tanks TS50/TS50C Designed to melt and maintain fluid. Large quantities of chocolate, which will be later used to feed tempering or coating machines. A stirrer inside the bowl, with a capacity of 50 kg keeps the chocolate fluid and consistent.

Enrobing conveyors NR400S The NR series enrobing belts, can be combined with the T400 and T500 tempering machines or with the R400 and R500 enrobing machines. Suitable for pralines and pastry products, from biscuits to cakes.

Dosing machine DC15 The ideal machine to dose semi-liquid food such as yogurts, fruit juices, purees, custards, chocolates, marmalades or jams. Electronic control panel for manual or automatic use.

Enrobing FondantMachine R300F The NR series enrobing belts, can be combined with the T400 and T500 tempering machines or with the R400 and R500 enrobing machines. Suitable for pralines and pastry products, from biscuits to cakes.

“One-Shot” depositor/dosing is suitable for the simultaneous dosage of chocolate, within the shell. OSR275 depositor machine not only works with one-shot high tech, but it can also be use to dose any type of solid/thick product.

Make-up lines: Rinc produce a wide variety of make-up lines – from a simple make-up tables to a fully equipped line. The make-up lines are designed to be as flexible to meet bakers needs. Extra tools for new products can easily be added. The make-up lines give you maximum flexibility, something the modern bakery requires.

Bread- & Rolllines: The Magicline is a sheeting line, which has been designed according to the latest hygiene standards, for the continuous industrial production of Bread, Buns, Baguette and Ciabatta-dough. The machine is flexible, has a large product variety and short change over times.

Cake line(s): Cake lines have been designed and manufactured following the product request of our customers. Special cake products with marzipan folded around the cake or depositing muffin in to a liner or blister are, products that have been produced on our WP Laminating production line.

Croissant line: Croissants that will be produced on a production line can be straight, filled, bended and pinch (round bended). Croissant machines can be positioned behind WP Laminating fully automated laminator or by a semi-automatic block processor. The croissant shape will be designed, based on customer’s request and information.

Nakaya Japan, are the experts when it comes to the processing of onions, and garlic. Nakaya are robust and very low maintenance to operate.

NT-8–Onion topper and tailer This simple and compact machine works very well in combination with the Nakaya NT- 400S Onion Peeler. Peeled onions are placed individually by an Operator onto a holder on this machine.

The onions are then conveyed into the machine, where two sets of knives neatly cut the tops and tails off. The result is finely cut onions, with minimal waste, adding value to your product.

The distance between the blades is automatically determined by the size of the onion, resulting in a high yields. A set of consumable spare parts is supplied, as well as a grinder, to allow for regular and easy sharpening of the blades. The machine is stainless steel and has a built in photo electric cell as a safety mechanism.

NT-400S type Automatic onion peeler How do you process onions with a beautiful hand peeled and polished look? The answer is simply to use the NAKAYA Onion Skin Peeler.

The NT- 400S processes up to 4,000 onions per hour, depending on onion size which ranges from 40mm - 110mm in diameter. A variable speed drive controls the rate of input.

Please note this machine is not suitable for hotel /commercial

kitchens; it is designed rather to operate in a food processing factory.

For onions or shallots with a diameter of less than 40mm, we recommend using the Nakaya Garlic Onions are very vulnerable to bruising which quickly leads to spoilage, and abrasion peelers add to the problem. The NT- 400S uses a knife slit system, to make a surgical incision in the onion skin, and then compressed air blows the skin away.
