Can SD&A integrate with other cloud services?

Yes. This is a strength of the SD&A solution as it’s

a cloud native platform which can integrate with

other third-party services. Customers with multiple

data centers can use SD&A to create a central data

hub, which provides their organization a single

source of truth for their reports.

Where is SD&A data hosted?

SD&A uses Microsoft Azure for data hosting.

Canadian customers are hosted in the Azure

Canada Central data center and US based

customers are hosted in the East US Azure data

center.

Can Sage 100 customers in Canada use SD&A?

Yes. Sage 100 customers in Canada can purchase

and use SD&A just like US based Sage 100

customers.

Is Sage Data & Analytics available in French?

Sage Data & Analytics end-user experience is

available in French. The analytics are in French as

well as the modeling and maintenance of analytics.

The management of the data modeling, which is a

Business Partner activity, is currently only available

in English.
