• Glucose is too low (Hypoglycemia)

• This can occur if:

– You exercise more than normal

– You take your insulin and don’t eat

– Some medicines

• Glucose is too high (Hyperglycemia)

• This can happen if:

– You eat too much sugar or carbohydrates

– You don’t take your insulin

– Stress

– Some medicines
