y Storing the RawMaterial :-

All the raw material needed by the variousdepartments is purchased together and

maintained in the storage areay Twisting of the yarn : -

The POYis wound on the bobbins is then tittled

on the twisting machine.O

n which the yarn istwisted. In this process, first the yarn is passedtrough spindles it is a process of 12 to 14 hours.

y Up to 100 layers of denim are stacked andweights are put on top of it to hold the denim

fabric in place, while it is being cut.y All of these pieces of cut denim are then put

into bundles by size.

y The various parts are then stitched together.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF WHOLE CHILLI TO

CHILLI POWDER

y Whole chillies are brought from producing centers packed

in gunny bags

y They are dried in sun so that all moisture evaporates

y The dried chillies are put in a cleaning and stem removingmachine which cleans the chillies and removes the stems

in one process

transferred to a crushing

machine which grinds into

powder

y Later this powder is put

into mechanical sieving

machines and sieved as per

buyers requirement

y Further the sieved powder is treated in a heat and

sterilization machine at a certain temperature taking into

consideration that it does not loose its aroma, colour, and

pungentness. The above process is done so that noaflatoxin is further developed

y Finally this powder is transferred to packing machine

which runs on conveyer belts with magnets on sides

which helps to remove any foreign objects. The same is

simultaneously transferred for bulk packing of 25 kgs orconsumer packs as per buyers requirements

y During the cleaning process there is a wastage of

approximately 1% - 2%

y If the buyer wants 100% pure quality of chilli powder

then the stems are removed before grinding / crushingthus increasing the waste to 5% - 6%, this process effects

the price factor
