GENERAL INFORMATION

Royal Continental Hotel, Via Partenope 38/44, Lungomare Caracciolo, 80121 Napoli, Italia

Registration desk

Participants can collect conference materials at the registration desk opening on Thursday 27 September at

8.30.

Internet access

You can access the WIFI line connecting to SSID: RG_MEETING, using the password “royalmeeting”.

Further information about Wi-Fi internet connection will be provided at conference registration desk.

Lunches and Coffee breaks

Lunches and coffee breaks will be provided at the hotel Continental.

Guidelines for sessions

All sessions are “oral sessions” and last 1.5 hour. In sessions with 4 papers speakers will have about 17 min

to present and 5 min for general discussion. In sessions with three papers allocated speakers will have about

22 min to present and 8 min for general discussion. Session chairmen are requested to strictly manage the

allocation of time across speakers.

All the conference rooms are located inside the conference venue in Royal hotel and Continental Hotel. The

two hotels are connected by a corridor. Parallel sessions will be held in:
