Sponsorship materials (1/2)

1. T-Shirt• During national weeks, customized T-shirts for the event will be created and sold • A large number of students by these T-shirts and wear them during the week • The volume of T-shirts sold is correlated to the design of the T-shirt

2. Peak event• This is usually the week’s party. In Fontainebleau the party will most likely take place in a nice Chateau we would rent for the event. In Singapore, it will be held in a fancy nightclub or an original location.

3. Email communication• Email is the main mean of communication during welcome week• Daily emails are sent to inform about events schedules• Other emails will be sent to broadcast information about the Italian culture and history• Sponsors’ logos will be displayed at the end of each email

4. Paper communication• The week schedule and main events will be posted on most of the billboard on campus, sponsors logos will be displayed on each of theses posters

5. Amphi-storming• The Italian week starts with what is called an “amphi storming”• A group of Italian students will go to each class amphitheatre at the end of class, perform a sketch related to the Italianculture and present the week’s program• It takes place on a Monday, covering a total of 6 class sections across the two campuses• Sponsors will be cited verbally as well as at the end of the visual presentation

6. Party tickets• Tickets for the Italian week party would be printed in colour and sold• Logos of the sponsors will be displayed on these tickets

7. Name tags• Every MBA student has a name tag that he displays on his desk while in class• It’s common during national weeks to replace these tags by new ones in accordance with the national week running, replacing the name of the student by a famous Italian personality or by a typical Italian name

8. Other• Could be any communication material that might be required
