The History

From 25 years the actual management of Endeco has been active in Italy and abroad in the field of project planning and development, financing, engineering, turn key constructions, operations and management.Endeco was established as a joint stock company in 1987 by this group of managers and experienced engineers who brought their know-how, their specialised skill and the experience acquired during the previous ten years of activity.Endeco has carried out projects in Italy and in several European, Asian and African countries.

The Activity

Endeco group is specialised in integrated projects. With its multidisciplinary approach and expertise, serves industrial and commercial firms, institutions, municipality and government agencies in the following main fields :

Endeco is able to undertake projects on a turn key basis or, depending on the client’s needs, Endeco’s experts can also assist the client in specific project phases, either on a consultancy basis or under a Management or EPC (Engineer, Procure, Construct) agreement.

The Approach

Building on its multisciplinary approach, corporate know how and on the skills of its employees Endeco has carried out many projects in the different fields of its activity. Whenever necessary and possible, Endeco elects to work with technically competent local contractors familiar with the specific national environment. Such associations ensure efficient technology transfers and allow for on-the-spot liaison with the customers. Furthermore, owing to the Endeco’s associations and partnerships with other firms and the close ties it maintains with a number of Universities and Research Institutions, it can benefit of their special expertises when the project type requires it.

The function of the Technical Services Department is to give to the Commercial and Project Implementation Departments the required technical support for the preparation of preliminary and detailed design as it is required in the different project phases.

It consists of a team of Project Engineers, Technicians and Draftsmen specialised in the coordination and execution of all those engineering activities required by the projects including:

The Commercial Department is responsible for the coordination of the offers preparation for consultancy and contracting projects. It consists of a team of Proposal Managers with a wide experience in engineering and contracting activities acquired in projects implementation in the European, Asian and African countries in the Endeco’s main areas of activity.

Beside the experiences gained in projects execution the Proposal Managers have developed and may offers specific expertise and key qualifications to our customers in the following fields:

The Project Implementation Department follow up and manages the projects implementation after contracts coming into force. In more then 25 experience accumulated in the design and realization of industrial projects Endeco has developed very thigh and fruitful relationships with the Italian Federation of Industrialists (Confindustria) and with major italian Universities.

The necessity to procure for its Customer the state of the art technology and know how has always pushed Endeco to look at the industrial world as an immense source of innovative technical solutions and potential business partners for its customers. Along the years very thigh and friendly relationships have been developed with the top management of many prominent industrial groups leaders in their fields giving to Endeco the possibility to get access to information that would be otherwise impossible to obtain.

This is a key and winning factor when it is necessary to combine for particular projects the technology of the machinery makers with know how of the product and process that only the manufacturing companies can offer.

Universities has been on the other side the reference point when specific technical issues had to be addressed requiring the highest technical expertise and when "ad hoc" researches had to be undertaken to investigate the technical feasibility of a project or when experimental trials had to be conducted.

The relationships with the major Universities and in particular with Padua University ( one of the oldest and most prestigious in the world) is set on a mutual cooperation basis being the University the place where our engineers are forged and Endeco the gate to the industrial world through which different experiences in Lecturing and Project Realization are exchanged.
