The inspiration of the logo is a gold ring dating back almost 4000 years, which was discovered at an archeological site in the desert. The discovery of the site, Sarouq Al Hadeed, was made by Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, when he was young over the desert in a helicopter and noticed that the sand dunes over the site were very different from those in surrounding areas. The decision to feature the simple ring in the logo was made by the Sheikh itself, to represent the massage that the UAE is a young nation but has connections to ancient civilizations. Pavilions, exhibitions, events and entertainment will come together to create an immersive experience across an area of 2sq km. spreading outwards from this center will be three ‘souq” areas, each focused on sub-themes: Mobility, Sustainability and Opportunity. DIFC and Abu Dhabi Global Market are two of the most important zones, the first of which was established in Dubai in 1985. Each area has a specific production sector, where it carries out commercial, industrial and professional activities, through licenses issued by the competent authorities. The only limitation, settling in this area, is to not be able to trade directly in assets on federal land. Those who want to trade must ensure they have licensed commercial agents in UAE by paying a 5% duty. If the investor is interested in trade in the local market to avoid paying the duty, then you must settle directly into a "mainland" (part of the territory under the Federal Administration). The only limit in carrying out its business is to equip itself with a partner, which provides for the incorporation of a company with a capital contribution equal to or greater than 51% of the membership fee. The agent is essential to open a branch or a representative office. This makes the UAE market attractive to investors.
