Induction Technology Corporation was founded in 1979 with the objective of providing superior service and innovative products for the induction melting and heating industry. We have grown from our founder’s garage to our present facility in Adelanto, California that has over 26,000 square feet of production and warehouse space on five acres.
We specialize in supplying complete induction systems consisting of new or remanufactured power supplies and furnaces and new water cooling and recirculation systems to a global customer base.
Our sales, engineering and manufacturing teams work seamlessly with our customers to ensure they get the proper equipment custom designed for their specific production requirements.
Our products are backed with an exemplary warranty, technical support and worldwide field service.
We maintain a large inventory of new and used parts. We repair and rebuild induction power cables, coils, furnaces and power supplies. We will respond quickly when you need help.

Rebuilt “Steel Shell” furnaces are available from 1500 lb. to 6 ton steel capacity. Heavy steel shell construction offers strong distortion free design for long refractory life and low maintenance. Optional
cover will minimize heat loss. Coil is constructed from high conductivity,
heavy wall copper tubing. Hydraulic tilt, cover and “fume collection ring” are available. Hydraulic tilt is standard.
We manufacture new water cooled power cables and will recondition old power cables using all top quality materials with a fast turn around time. For air or vacuum applications.
We manufacture new high efficiency coils with heavy wall high conductivity copper and rebuild coils to “like new condition.”

Pumping Modules
Controlling water quality is the “Secret” to trouble free operation and long life of induction equipment. Closed loop water cooling and recirculating systems will maintain both water conductivity and cleanliness. This will significantly reduce maintenance and extend the life of the equipment.
Small Furnaces for use with Free Standing Crucibles “Lift & Swing” and “EZ Lift” up to 30 lb. capacity of steel using a double “crucible in crucible” or up to 50 lb. capacity of brass using Clay Graphite or Silicon Carbide crucible. “EZ Lift” is “counter weighted, “Lift and Swing” operates from plant air (air over oil). Coil designed to match your power supply.

Closed evaporative or dry type coolers are available.

Rugged self-contained pumping modules for closed loop water cooling and recirculating systems. Pump modules are custom designed with single or multiple pumps. Manufactured to meet your exact specifications and geographical location. Emergency gasoline or propane driven back-up pumps can be added for power failure back up.

Solid state IGBT power supplies up to 300 kW, frequency up to 400 kHz. Small, quiet and highly efficient packed with many programmable features.
Solid state power supplies for melting applications up to 1500 kW, frequency range from 100 to 3000 Hz.
“MVP” Solid state power supply for melting and heating applications up to 75 kW, frequency range from 1000 to 9600Hz.

“Power Cube” furnaces in capacities up to 3000 pounds of steel. Built with cast and fired refractory top and bottom blocks, cast aluminum sides and heavy steel stanchions. Coil is constructed from high conductivity heavy wall copper tubing. Equipped for tilting from customer’s overhead hoist. Hydraulic tilting option (as shown) is available for smooth, precise tilting.
