approximately 783 feet of frontage on Old Rockbridge Rd, approximately 390 feet of
frontage on 3rd Avenue and approximately 1534 feet of frontage on Rockbridge Rd.
RECOMMENDATION(S):
The proposed revisions to the sketch plat related to right-of-way width and the location of
the detention pond meet the Standard of the Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 27 and the
Development Regulations, Chapter 14. Therefore, Staff recommends APPROVAL.
