For a final push to reach this goal, we have scheduled an Osher Matching Scholarship Challenge, “Celebration and Gala” on Friday, June 10 th here on campus at Imperial Valley Col- lege. We hope you can join us for this momen- tous occasion and help us create the largest ever scholarship endowment for IVC. Imperial Valley College has been given a unique and timely opportunity to not only impact the future with a perma- nent scholarship endowment, but have it matched dollar-for- dollar as well. From now till the end of this fiscal year (June 30 th , 2011) every dollar (up to $300K) that the IVC Foundation is able to raise for scholarships will be matched by the Osher Founda- tion and invested in a perma- nently restricted endowment fund to be used for IVC student scholarships in perpetuity.
