LPOs & beneficiaries; De-emphasize financial assistance thatvolunteers can facilitate;

Devise review mechanism and methodology toensure better matching of volunteersexpertise and project needs;

Improve recruitment of more qualifiedvolunteers esp., those with experience toeffect better technical sharing;

More defined, specific and up to date project

description to help volunteers prepare fortheir assignment;
