TERMS OF SALE

• All birds must be carried in boxes. No birds shall be carried in sacks.

• 12.5% Commission or a minimum of £2 per lot will be charged on all lots sold.

• Upset Price - there will be an Upset Price of £8 on each lot.

• The VAT status of lots (equipment, arks & accessories etc.) will be announced by the Auctioneer at the time of sale. VAT at the standard rate will be charged where applicable. On the absence of any specific instructions on VAT status, VAT will be charged.

• All birds must be cleared from the market by 2.00pm on the day of sale.

• All purchasers must obtain a receipted ‘Pass Out’ obtainable from the main office upon settlement of their account. The pass will have to be presented to the NWA staff at time of collection.

• Eggs are sold as fertile with no come back on the Auction for infertile eggs.

• The doors open at 7.30am for unloading

• All birds must be penned by 9.30am

• All birds to be penned with an adequate supply of water.

• The Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse entry.

• All lots accepted into the Market entirely at the Vendors risk.

• Please inform the office of any changes before 9.30am

• Lots which are substituted after the catalogue is printed must be informed to the auctioneers by

9:30am

• PLEASE CHECK WITH THE OFFICE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THAT YOUR BIRDS HAVE BEEN SOLD

• Buyers Numbers will be used, available in the office on sale day for £3, these last all year.

• No Buyer Premium at the Sale

• Lots are sold per cage not per bird.

• The Auctioneers hold no responsibility for the descriptions collected from the vendors and shown in this catalogue.

• All items are the responsibility of the purchaser at the fall of the hammer

• No VAT on birds. Sale in catalogue order. Please listen for changes to the catalogue which will be announced at the time of sale.
