It was written at the end of a letter, dated 25 September, 1888, and received by the Central News Agency on 27 September, 1888.

Mystery-which no one knows who he or she is.

Killing five prostitutes by dismembering the bodies!!!!!! Or maybe eat them!!!!! Or collect them!!!!! OMG!!! GROSS!!!

The killings has “significant medical knowledge”- butcher or expert in medicine

He is known to be a man of intelligence and highly educated.

On October, 1, Central News Agent received a postcard signed “Jack the Ripper” and clamed for the responsibility for Catherine's and Elizabeth's murder.
