Schedule:Day Proposed Itinerary/Activity
1 Departure from Ahmedabad, overnight train journey (Train: 19223/Jammu Tawi Express)
2Arrival at Pathankot, Departure for Dalhousie by bus
Dinner at the Dalhousie Hotel (3/6 sharing basis)
3Acclimatization Walk, After lunch free time for Sightseeing.
Free day for acclimatization & Settling Down, Town visit & Briefing.
4Trek to Kalatop Basecamp
After breakfast, trek to Lakkadmandi & then to Kalatop (8000 ft), Night halt in Wooden Huts
5Trek to Dainkund Top (9700 f t)
Hight gain to Dainkund Hill & back to Kalatop Basecamp, Night Halt at Kalatop
6Visit to Khajjiar by Bus/Small Vehicles
Return to Dalhousie in evening and then drive back to Pathankot, Night at Pathankot Hotel
7Departure from Pathankot
After breakfast, departure for return journey to Ahmedabad via train.
8 Arrival at Ahmedabad
*the schedule is subject to weather conditions and all rights of change or modification in the above mentioned itinerary are reserved with the chief instructor. Safety and security of the participants are the key measures for such actions.

Kalatop Village: A small and beautiful wooden settlement at an elevation of 8000 feet from sea level ☺

• Cancellation would be granted by the Project Manager or higher authorities on receiving cancellation
request through registered mail ID.
• The refund amount will be paid in 7 working days through an AC payee cheque.
• The cancellation Amount will be counted on the full camp fees only.
• Note: In case of advanced payment done by the applicant, the remaining payment is to be done
20 days before the departure, However the cancellation is applicable on the total camp fees only.

Rules & Regulations:• This is an Adventure Camp and not a leisure tour, so we expect a high level of discipline.
• Participants will have to follow the instructions clearly given by the volunteer/guide,
Misbehave/Arguing with the volunteers/guide/instructors will be considered as disciplinary issues.
• Alcohol, Smoking & Tobacco are strictly banned and if anyone found suspect in such cases, the
participation will be terminated and no further service/return ticket/refund will be offered then after.
• Only Pure Veg Food is allowed inside the campsite area.
• Shorts are not allowed during the activity hours with a view to safety from weather and wildlife.
• Photography in the Defence Occupied Areas are strictly prohibited and can lead to defence actions.
• Accommodation & Sanitary Facilities for Girls & Boys are separate
• Abusive Language will be reacted by termination of participation only.
• Kitchen Area & Equipment Store are out of bound for all ranks.
