HERITAGE
Jaipurias journey in education is not about the
number of years past but the insight inherited en-
route. The Jaipuria legacy of education began in
1945 with the establishment of the Jaipuria College
in Kolkata. Today, 67 years after its inception, the
House of Jaipuria has been delivering superior
quality education consistently. It is this uniqueheritage spanning 7 decades and 4 generations
that sets us apart from other educational institutes.
The Jaipuria ethos is focused on creating and
nurturing the next generation of thought leaders
through intuitive education. This ongoing quest for
ensuring academic excellence led us to set up the
first Jaipuria Institute of Management in Lucknow in
1995. Today the institute is one of the largest
groups in northern and central India to offer AICTE
approved PGDM programmes at four world class
campuses in Lucknow, Noida, Jaipur and Indore.
It is but a testament of Jaipurias commitment to
provide transformational education and the quality
that it assure year after year, that the National
Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has
accredited Jaipuria Lucknow and Noida with the
prestigious A-GRADE rating.

There are many aspects of the Jaipuria experience
which seem intangible until you visit Jaipuria and see
them manifest in Jaipurias excellent facilities,
infrastructure and energy on campus.
I had a fantastic experience gaining a dual
specialisation in Finance and Marketing and was
lucky to have a wide spectrum of opportunities under
the Jaipuria Label. For once, I was an active member
of the Finance and Marketing Club (Jaipuria hosts a
range of clubs spanning across different industry
verticals such as HR, Finance, Marketing etc). Some
themes which I saw included innovative thinking,
social responsibility and a strong commitment to
personal learning and growth. These clubs provide
with significant overlapping philosophies from a
diverse pool of peers.
The incredibly dynamic faculty and the discuss
are grounded in practice, helped me draw imp
insights from them. Seeing how practitioners t
about critical management practices and issue
what makes the course much more impactful,
provoking, and relevant.
In many ways Jaipuria is a microcosm for the w
world with many interesting challenges, and
amount of time. You have to navigate your exp
deliberately and always try something unchara

EVALUATION
I did my Bachelor of Engineering from Indore.
During my graduation, Ive also worked as
Administrator and Manager with a News and
Web-Solutions company.
My experience during graduation formed the
basis for choosing a career in Management. I
was very clear that I would be a manager with a
strong backing of practical know-hows rather
than bookish learning. After evaluating all my
options I found Jaipuria Institutes pedagogy tobe the most suited for my quest and they have a
campus in my backyard.
I came to Jaipuria Institute of Management with
a dream to learn and to grab knowledge
wherever I could get it. Jaipuria simply surprised
me by the attention I got as an individual. From
day one I was like the centre of attraction and I
guess everyone in my batch did so.
My overall experience with Jaipuria confirmed
my belief that I had picked the right institute.
Jaipuria Institute of Management actually
challenges you on an everyday basis and gives
you ample opportunities to prove yourself and
improve your skills. And it does all this at an
individual level.
In a sense Jaipuria helped me rediscover myself
and supported me in identifying my true
strength. Today I feel confident about mychoices and I sure have set out on the path to a
successful future.

through integrated cases, business simulations and
class activities like quizzes, written assignments,
group discussions, interviews and evaluation. This
would not only give you a business acumen but wouldalso provide ample scope to interact with peers and
enhance your management and organisational skills.
Thats not all, in order to develop an action oriented
mindset in you, we have a host of industry oriented
activities.
A comprehensive orientation and preparatory
programme at the beginning of every academic year
would help you gain a preliminary understanding of
the business sphere and industrys expectations from
managers.
Interacting with business leaders and top
management through guest lecturers all year round
would expose you to the unfolding business
environment. This, coupled with frequent industry
visits would give you a firsthand view of the industry
and provide a real-world perspective to the theoretical
knowledge.
In addition to academic projects, you would get to
work on live projects with corporates. And a
compulsory eight week long summer internship would
ground you to appreciate the linkages among different
functions and realistic managerial perspectives about
organisations and functions.

Jaipuria engages you in many different and
interesting ways. It lays stress on good grooming and
gives its students ample opportunities to showcase
their talent. It involves you in activities and evaluation
which give ample scope for peer interaction and face
a wide variety of issues and situations that you are
likely to come across as managers in the future.
Ive organized and participated in many events during
my school and college. Organising events in school or
college was small-scale work; doing the same in
Jaipuria is a different ball-game altogether. It brought
out from within me the best management skills
those that I never knew I possessed. Most of the
events in Jaipuria are student-driven, right down to
bringing in the sponsorship. The thrill of fixing a
deal, the taste of the real business world, the ta
and strategy required to ensure a buy-in, all
happens because Jaipuria trusts its students an
pedagogical philosophy.
One day Im a volunteer, helping organise Jaipuri
flagship event the Independence, Integration a

children. That is the beauty of Jaipuria; it can be
