1. Jama Review Center Tutorial USING THE REVIEW CENTER
2. The Jama Review Process The Review Center tool is a web
application that allows users to submit feedback, suggest an edit,
make comments, and approve requirements. Reviewer: The role of a
reviewer is to examine the requirements and decide whether it
fulfills their business needs and expectations. If the requirement
passes their review, they assign it with the Reviewed Status. If
not, the reviewer should give feedback labeled as comments,
questions, issues, or proposed changes (shown later). Approver: The
role of a approver is the same except they give an official
Approved status to the requirements. Your feedback, evaluation, and
approval of the requirements are a critical factor of success in
the product development process!
3. Jama Review Center: The First Steps Note: To use the Review
Center, you must have a Jama Contour account. Each approver and
reviewer will receive a email inviting them to participate in the
requirements review process. You must click the link in the email
and accept the invitation. Upon acceptance, you can access the
review center and review the requirements at any time until the end
date.
4. Welcome to the Review!
5. The NBS Requirements Structure The NBS requirements are
organized by modules. Based on the requirements gatherings, we have
identified six modules, and one section called System General which
details preliminary attributes. The Modules: Inventory Manage
inventory and storefront. Customer Manage customers. Orders Add,
edit, delete and manage orders. Shipping Navigate, view, and print
orders. Reports View, print, and filter reports. Admin Manage
users, roles, groups, and. look up tables.
6. Inside the Modules Each module listed on the previous page
has been documented in the NBS requirements. Each module is
introduced with an Attributes header, which lists the fields and
information that are present in the module. Next, the functionality
of each action available to the user while using the module.
