• In de ogen van een lean leider is er steeds ruimte voor verbetering• Soms is er ruimte voor verbetering zonder dat de leider exact weet wat

er moet gebeuren• Als de leider zijn “lean bril” altijd op heeft, dan zal zijn organizatie ook

dezelfde gewoontes aanleren, enkel om de baas een stapje voor te blijven,….

• Een lean leider verwelkomt storingen: hij ziet dit als opportuniteiten om te leren begrijpen en om dan te bronnen van variatie en storingen te elimineren= een lean leider is dus ook in staat om procesverbeteringen acitiveiten te leiden
