ATPL in Preparation ofPolishing

SM Pathfinder Light and Flight segments have completed machining at AxsysTechnologies. Processing is beginning at Tinsley Laboratories.

The helium shroud andregeneration systemhas been delivered toBATC and tested downto 6K.

The Aspheric TestPlate Lens andIllumination Lens isnearing completion atTinsley Laboratories.

• Cryo-Polish cycle will follow

– 118 of 153 billetscompleted throughacceptance

– Piece part fabrication at46% complete

– Billets fabricated includeV1 and drop tubes, flatplates and two T300latch plane V1 tubes

• Flight fabrication:– 34 of the 184 total

flight center sectionbillets are through cure

– Overall center sectionpiece part fabricationat 3%
