Biographical Notes about Jane Goodall
Born in 3rd April 1934 at London
She get the PhD in ethology without first obtaining a BA or BSc
She married two times: In 1964 with one of her parters called Hugo van Lawick (they divorced in 1974) and in 1975 with Derek Bryceson (who died of cancer in 1980)
Key facys in her life
She began to love the nature and animals when his father gave her a toy monkey
Her live began to change when in 1960 she went to Tanzania to study the chimpanzees
Scientific discoveries releated with chimpanzees
She discovered that chimpanzees also use tools, a discovery that changed the definition of human beings
The chimpanzees are omnivore, they hunt for meat
She observed that chimpanzees also had personalities: some were generous and kind, and others bad-tempered
Enviromental activism
She was the former president of Advocates for Animals, an organisation that campaigns against the use of animals in medical researches, zoos,…, but she had to retire because she didn't have time
She has worked with many African countries to search for more nature-friendly tourism and other ecologic measures

She made so many things that, in my opinion, Jane Goodall will be one of the most famous women in all the history of humanity
