One of the challenges of the Christian life is that we are constantly being told what to do, how to live, how to improve, how to have a full life. Advice and instruction comes from seemingly everywhere, from within and with-out the church. It can be contradictory and confusing.

Into this confusion steps the Word of God. Paul, writing from prison to people he knows only through the gospel, pens a wonderful, life-giving, insightful letter that focuses us on what is really important, assuring us of a life worth living in trusting in the good news of Jesus Christ. Join us and read ahead as we walk through Colossians!

Going Deeper: Have you ever wanted more OT context? Learn about how the ancient reader thought about sacred space, calendars and festivals, impurity and sin, and more.
