programme regulations The Gruppo Sportivo Castello di Fiemme organizes a cross country race valid as 34 th edition of the Trophy, named SKIRI TROPHY XCOUNTRY , with FIS, FISI and the regional Trentino FISI Committee approval. The race takes place on the 21 st and 22 nd January 2017 in Lago di Tesero, Trentino, Italy. All the FIS or FISI license holders can participate to the race which will be held in classic technique for all the BABY and CUCCIOLI – RAGAZZI and ALLIEVI categories. Categories: BABY female/male born in the years 2007/2008 km 1,5 / km 1,5 CUCCIOLI female/male born in the years 2005/2006 km 3,0 / km 4,0 RAGAZZI female/male born in the years 2003/2004 km 4,0 / km 5,0 ALLIEVI female/male born in the years 2001/2002 km 5,0 / km 7,0 The registrations have to be sent in written form to G.S. Castello di Fiemme within Tuesday 17 th January 2017 via fax to the following number +39 0462 230618 or via e-mail [email protected]. At the achievement of 1300 participants, the registration will be closed regardless of the date. The registrations must be filled in with all the personal details of the athlete, such as year of birth, gender, FISI code of the sports association. The registration will be considered accepted when signed from the President or from the person in charge of the sports association. The registration fee is 11,00 Euro. Moreover at the bibs pick up, it is compulsory to deliver the privacy releasing statement of each athlete, signed by the parent who has the parental responsibility of the underage, together with the copy of the identity card. Without these requirements the athlete will be excluded from the competition. The 10% of the registration fee will be donated to support needy children in the World, in collaboration with the Associazione Amici Trentini. REVIVAL TROPHY: Classical Technique km. 5 – female/male born in 2000 and older (reserved to the athletes who have taken part to the Trophy in the past). The registrations have to be sent in written form to G.S. Castello di Fiemme within Friday 20 th January 2017 via fax to the following number +39 0462 230618 or via e-mail [email protected]. The registration fee is 11,00 Euro. All the participants must have a FISI license or a sport medical certificate. The distribution of the race numbers will be held in the race office into the Edificio Polifunzionale in Castello di Fiemme Friday 20.01.2017 from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 15.00 to 19.00 and Saturday 21.01.2017 from 9.00 to 12.00 at the Cross Country Stadium in Lago di Tesero. For the bibs pick up it is compulsory to show an ID (passport, identity card,…) or the FISI license. The Jury meeting will be held at the race office in Castello di Fiemme Friday 20.01.2017 at 20.30, and only the representatives of the sports associations will be admitted. The event is valid for SKIRI TROPHY cup assignment to the sports association placed as first according to the results of its athletes. 20 points to the first classified, 17 to the second, 14 to the third, 12 to the fourth. Afterward 1 point minus till the 15th classified and 1 point to all the others. The O.C. can modify the present regulation if needed in order to guarantee the best success of the event and the races, according to R.T.F. e R.I.S. The complaints must be explained to the Jury in written form, together with a tax of 50,00 Euro, which will be returned only in case of acceptance of the complaint and according to the art. 372 of the R.T.F. and 362 of the R.I.S. for the ski races. The Organizing Committee declines any responsibility in case of accidents to participants, to third parties or to things, before, during and after the event. The O.C. declares that an insurance for the civil responsibility, for risks connected with the races organization, has been stipulated. For all the other things not expressed in the present regulation, the rules in the R.T.F. and R.I.S. for the ski races are valid. Il Gruppo Sportivo di Castello di Fiemme indice ed organizza, con l’approvazione della FIS, della FISI e del Comitato Trentino una gara di fondo valida come 34a edizione del Trofeo che sarà rinominato SKIRI TROPHY XCOUNTRYLa gara avrà luogo il 21/22 gennaio 2017 a Lago di Tesero.La partecipazione è libera a tutti i tesserati FIS e FISI e la gara sarà effettuata con stile di tecnica classica per tutte le categorie BABY e CUCCIOLI - RAGAZZI e ALLIEVI.

Le iscrizioni dovranno pervenire per iscritto al G.S. Castello di Fiemme entro e non oltre martedì 17.01.2017 per fax al nr. 0462.230618 o via internet www.skiritrophy.com Al raggiungimento dei 1300 concorrenti le iscrizioni saranno chiuse a prescindere dalla data.Le iscrizioni dovranno essere complete delle generalità di ogni atleta, anno di nascita, identificazione maschile o femminile, codice Fisi della società. Le iscrizioni saranno accettate se controfirmate dal presidente o dal responsabile della società.La quota iscrizione è di Euro 11,00.Inoltre al momento del ritiro dei pettorali, sarà obbligatorio consegnare tutte le liberatorie sulla privacy di ogni atleta, firmate dal genitore che ha la patria podestà unitamente alla fotocopia della carta d’identità, pena esclusione dalla garaIl 10% della quota di iscrizione di ogni concorrente verrà utilizzato per sostenere a distanza bambini bisognosi nel mondo in collaborazione con l’Associazione Amici Trentini.
TROFEO REVIVAL: Tecnica Classica km. 5 - femminile/maschile dal 2000 e precedenti (riservato a tutti coloro i quali in passato hanno partecipato al Trofeo).Le iscrizioni dovranno pervenire per iscritto al G.S. Le consegne dei numeri di partenza avranno luogo presso l’ufficio gare situato nell’Edificio Polifunzionale di Castello di Fiemme venerdì 20.01.2017 dalle 9.00 alle 12.00 e dalle 15.00 alle 19.00 e sabato 21.01.2017 dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 12.00 c/o lo Stadio del Fondo di Lago di Tesero.Il ritiro dei pettorali è subordinato alla presentazione di un documento di riconoscimento o della Tessera Fisi di ciascun atleta, La riunione di giuria avrà luogo presso l’ufficio gare di Castello di Fiemme alle ore 20.30 di venerdì 20.01.2017. Ad essa sono ammessi i soli rappresentanti di società.La manifestazione è valida per l’assegnazione del trofeo SKIRI TROPHY alla prima società classificata in base alla graduatoria ottenuta dai propri atleti. 20 punti al primo classificato, 17 al secondo, 14 al terzo, 12 al quarto classificato. Poi secondo un conteggio decrescente fino a 1 punto al 15° e successivi classificati.E’ facoltà del C.O. apportare al presente regolamento tutte le modifiche che si rendono necessarie per la miglior riuscita della manifestazione e della gara sempre che non siano in contrasto con quanto previsto dal R.T.F. e R.I.S. Eventuali reclami dovranno essere presentati alla giuria, per iscritto accompagnati dalla tassa di € 50,00 restituibili solo in caso di accettazione del reclamo stesso e nei termini previsti dall’art. 372 del R.T.F. e 362 del R.I.S. per le gare di sci.Il Comitato Organizzatore declina responsabilità per incidenti a concorrenti, a terzi e a cose prima, durante e dopo lo svolgimento della manifestazione. Dichiara comunque di aver stipulato l’assicurazione per la responsabilità civile, per rischi derivanti dall’organizzazione delle gare. Per quanto non contemplato nel presente regolamento valgono le norme contenute nel R.T.F. e R.I.S. per le gare di sci.
