MAINTENANCE MANIA
Please take a moment to review the information below:
Please take out and bring in your trash receptacles in a timely manner. Our winds blow trash everywhere - which makes it not only unsightly, but very unsanitary. Remember, it’s your responsibility to pick-up trash around your house and yard.
If your trash or recycling receptacles blow away, it is your responsibility to find them or replace them ($65 each).
With the temperatures dropping and less sunlight throughout the day, we have cut the watering times down to twice a week for all grassy areas. Please keep an eye out for any leaks in or around your yard, the freezing temperatures can cause water lines to break.
Please remember that trailers, campers, RVs, boats, etc., are not allowed to be parked on the property for longer than 24 hours. Contact the housing office for a temporary ‘Exception to Policy’ for loading/unloading, or special circumstances.
Our next Do-It-Yourself Workshop will be held at 10:00am on February 22, 2017, at 5108-A Sweetwater Springs Drive. This workshop is intended to explain the processes and expectations if you decide to do a self-clean when you move.
You can now call in work orders to our on-site maintenance office at 760-386-2460 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. If you have an urgent or emergency situation after hours or on the weekend, this phone number will roll over to our off-site call center at 855-646-6420.
Just a reminder that self-help is open Thursday through Monday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and closed for lunch between 12:00pm and 1:00pm.
Call 760-386-9440 for free curb-side bulk pick-up.

Village Mayoral Program
The Army Community Service Mayoral Program is an avenue to bring
the needs, concerns, and recommendations of the residents to the
Garrison Commander. It is a method to improve quality of living, and
promote a sense of mutual concern, togetherness, and community.
Mayor positions are open to all Fort Irwin residents. If you’re
community-oriented, willing to learn, and want to make a
difference, please contact Mr. Bates at ACS, 760-380-8422, for more
information on becoming a Mayor.
