T here’s an old saying that goes “all roads lead to Rome” … well that might have been the case for merchants at some point in ancient history but is not the reality of spiritual truths. Today we learn to follow with integrity. Integrity is following the blameless walk. Rather than an abstract concept or one philosophical idea, today’s verse portrays integrity as a daily practice; the one path to follow until the end. It’s “walking the walk” according to God’s standards daily. The path God delineates will keep you safe; safe from harm, from confusion, from danger… from eternal death. In contrast, the path of perversity which may seem harmless according to society standards, leads to tragedy. Today, there are many paths people follow that differ from God’s standards. Ignorance or confusion about God’s standards can lead you from the path of integrity. It can lead to double standards or temptation. It may operate as a vacuum force, pulling you to where you may not want to go… and make you fall into a “pit” from which you can’t get out of. The one whose walk is blameless is kept safe, but the one whose ways are perverse will fall into the pit.” Proverbs 28:18 After reading Scripture consider these questions: • What are some of society “accepted” paths that are not in agreement with God’s standards? • How do you secure the “straight path” to follow for your daily living? • Could you think of someone who has shown you integrity in his/her daily living? How did their life impact you? • What does it mean, to have the protection of the Lord in your daily living if you walk His path? Complete your monthly report and turn it in to the Corps Officer. There’s an old saying that goes “all roads lead to Rome” … well that might have been the case for merchants at some point in ancient history but is not the reality of spiritual truths. Today we learn to follow with integrity. Integrity is following the

blameless walk.

“The one whose walk is blameless is kept safe, but the one whose ways are perverse will fall into the pit.” Proverbs 28:18

After reading Scripture consider these questions:• What are some of society “accepted” paths that are not in

agreement with God’s standards? • How do you secure the “straight path” to follow for your

daily living?• Could you think of someone who has shown you integrity in

his/her daily living? How did their life impact you?• What does it mean, to have the protection of the Lord in

your daily living if you walk His path?
