On March 1, 2019, starting at noon, a form and/or link will be posted on www.CamasCommunityEd.org and www.camas.wednet.edu. Upon completing the online form, an automatic receipt will appear in the customer’s email. This email will confirm the information received and will give you detailed instructions on how to prepare for the registration on March 11. It will also give you a number that will be needed in order to register. We will register families in number order. If you do not have access to a computer, we will have them available at the District Office. Please call 360-833-5547 or 360-833-5410 if you need assistance. 2019-2020 Extended Day Registration Information

Before and After School Care for Kindergarten-5th Grade

Before school care grade K-5 located at Zellerbach Administrator Center (ZAC) at 841 NE 22nd Ave.

After school care, grade K-1 is located at ZAC.

After school care, grade 2-5 is located at the Jack, Will & Rob Center (JWR), 2033 NE Ione St. Camas.

Hours of operation are 6:15 AM to 6:30 PM. Both programs maintain the same calendar year as the Camas School District.

Transportation is provided to schools. After school students will be bussed to our locations.

A $25 non-refundable yearly registration fee per family is required.

Camas Community Preschool Programs 2019-2020

The following dates apply to all Camas School District preschools including: Camas Community Preschool, Papermaker Preschool, and Woodburn Camas Integrated Preschool January 16, 2019: Preschool informational meeting at Zellerbach Admin. Center (ZAC), 5:30-6:30 PM. January 23, 2019: Preschool informational meeting at ZAC, 9:30-10:30 AM. February 11, 2019: Preschool registration opens for existing families at 9:00 AM. Students currently enrolled in a CSD preschool program are eligible to re-enroll in their current preschool program.

March 1, 2019: NEW PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION PROCESS – VERY IMPORTANT! On March 1, 2019, starting at noon, a form and/or link will be posted on www.CamasCommunityEd.org and www.camas.wednet.edu. Upon completing the online form, an automatic receipt will appear in the customer’s email. This email will confirm the information received and will give you detailed instructions on how to prepare for the registration on March 11. It will also give you a number that will be needed in order to register. We will register families in number order. If you do not have access to a computer, we will have them available at the District Office. Please call 360-833-5547 or 360-833-5410 if you need assistance. Girls grades: 4-8 Be part of the Camas Youth Volleyball League this spring! All skill levels welcome. We focus on team work, learning skills, fundamentals and having fun! Practices and games held on Mondays and Wednesdays. Times determined after regis-tration deadline and teams are formed. Fee includes t-shirt. Your child’s coach will contact you before kick-off night. Cam-as High School players will be part of the coaching staff. We must have volunteer coaches to run this league. You may be asked to coach co-coach your child’s team. If you are interested in coach-ing a team make note of this at registration. LIMITED CLASS SIZES: Classes have an enrollment minimum & maximum. If a class doesn’t meet the minimum re-quirement it will be canceled. Full refund if minimum is not met. Once maximum enrollment is reached the class is closed. Mailing in registration/payment does not guarantee a spot.

REFUNDS: No make up days. Prorated refunds will be given if the office is notified prior to the second class. Refunds will be given for one day classes if the office is notified three days prior to the start of the class. A $10.00 pro-cessing fee is charged per class.

SCHOOL CLOSURES: If Camas School District is closed due to weather, your Community Ed class will not be held. A class credit will be giv-en. No refund.
