LILYDALE PONY CLUB NAG RAG!

January Rally!

A big thankyou to Milly for all her hardwork producing the Nag Rag each month. Due to other commitments she has handed over the Nag Rag to the Caudwell family with help from the Schey family.

We are keen for some input and would love our riders to submit photos and stories for us to publish.

We also would love to hear good news stories about you and your horse, send us some pics and a story if you have been out competing or even just working on something at home, maybe you have a new horse?...Let us know however big or small your news.

Christmas Rally PhotosOur Christmas rally was great fun, the day was

filled with fun activities that were a bit different to the norm, feedback has been very positive which is lovely to hear. Thankyou to our hard working committee and our other helpers for a great day once again.

We would love to share lots of photos on here of all our riders but we are limited to those kids we know we have permission for. So be sure to print off and sign our photo permission forms so we can fill our newsletters with loads of pics!

Our Sleepover rally with Healesville Pony Club!

Friday 17th till Saturday 18th of January! Arrive 2pm for fun and games. No Uniform necessary, but armband and grading card are required. Bring a salad to share with our BBQ dinner. Heallesville members will bring

dessert. Over night you can leave your pony in a yard, take them home or bring your

own electric fencing yards. Cross country and show jumping sessions with Jacqui and Rochelle, handy

mount courses and much more! Canteen available for breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Sleep in the club rooms, or bring a tent, up to you, just bring what you need. RSVP TO KATHY SCHEY ESSENTIAL, [email protected] GROUPS AND

CANTEEN WILL BE CATERED ONLY TO THOSE WHO HAVE REPLIED. We also need “ALL HANDS ON DECK” to help out, not just committee

members. At this stage I cannot provide group information this will be emailed when

available.

Our Club Out & About: Congratulations to Alex Kennedy and Courtenay

Potter for qualifying for the state dressage championships to be held in March

Courtenay and her horse Belle qualified for grade 2 coming 1st in both of her tests.

Alex and his horse Remmi qualified for grade 1 placing 3rd overall.

Congratulations to you both, and best of luck for the championship. We hope to see as many club members as possible there to support you in March!!

For those of you who would like to come and support Alex and Courtenay, the championships are being held on the 1st and 2nd of March at the Bendigo Showgrounds.
