4 VISA PROCESS We will provide you the invitation letter from Wakayama Government. However, it takes little time since the letters will come through government process. You can still apply for the visa without the invitation letter with the following documents through travel agent in your area or directly in Japan Consulate office. 6.2.1 Travel Insurance: We recommend you to purchase an International travel Insurance which may help you for any medical
emergencies while you are traveling in Japan and you will not have any financial burdens. You can purchase

Hakone
Hakone, a beautiful mountainous area which is
part of the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, lies
about two hours west of Tokyo. Hakone offers
visitors beautiful nature, good views of Mount
Fuji, historic sites and plenty of hot springs.
Hakone can be visited in a one day trip, but an
overnight stay at a ryokan is recommended.

Western Tokyo Full Day
This itinerary takes you on a full day walking
tour of Tokyo's popular western districts.
Starting at the tranquil, wooded grounds
of Meiji Shrine, the plan moves on to explore

The Japan Rail tickets can be purchased from Ticket vending machines installed at the entrance of every station or line.
In all the machines, English guide is available. The location of button may vary from Operator to Operator and Machine Type.
