Dear Candidate, I am directed to refer to your application for Japanese Government Scholarship-2016 and to inform you that the written Examination (English and Japanese Language) and interview for the scholarship will be held on 26th I 29th /30th June, 2015, as indicated against each subject in the attached list. You are requested to report to Mr. Surajit Sinha, Adviser (Japan information centre) sharp at 8:30AM at Delhi Public School (DPS) RK Puram, Sector XII, New Delhi 110022, on the date on which the interview in respect of your subject field has been scheduled, for written examination of English and Japanese Language. After the written examination, the interview will be held on the same date at Scholarship Division, M/HRD, West Block- I, 2"d floor, wing 6th, R.K. Puram, New Delhi. 2. A copy of the application form prescribed by the Japanese Government is enclosed herewith. You are required to bring four sets of duly filed in application (Stapled and self photo pasted on each set of application). One set of application should be in original with attested documents and the other three sets may be photocopies of the original set. Dear Candidate,

I am directed to refer to your application for Japanese Government Scholarship-2016 and to inform you that the written Examination (English and Japanese Language) and interview for the scholarship will be held on 26th I 29th /30th June, 2015, as indicated against each subject in the attached list. You are requested to report to Mr. Surajit Sinha, Adviser (Japan information centre) sharp at 8:30AM at Delhi Public School (DPS) RK Puram, Sector XII, New Delhi 110022, on the date on which the interview in respect of your subject field has been scheduled, for written examination of English and Japanese Language. After the written examination, the interview will be held on the same date at Scholarship Division, M/HRD, West Block- I, 2"d floor, wing 6th, R.K. Puram, New Delhi.

2. A copy of the application form prescribed by the Japanese Government is enclosed herewith. You are required to bring four sets of duly filed in application (Stapled and self photo pasted on each set of application). One set of application should be in original with attested documents and the other three sets may be photocopies of the original set. For any application form related queries, you may directly contact Mr. Suraiit Sinha at Phone No. 011 46104865 or at Email: [email protected]

3. It may be noted that the performance in the Japanese Language test will not affect the selection of Candidate, except those who have applied for Japanese Language and Literature and Japanese study. The marks obtained in English Language test will, however, affect the selection of candidate.

Documents to be attached and instruction to be followed as given below :-

1) Application for Admission (prescribed form), Field of Study and Study Program (Attached)

2) The applicant must write his/her name and nationality on the back of each photograph (6X4 em) and paste them on the application forms.

3) Certified academic records of each academic year ofthe Board & University attended.

4) Recommendation from the principal or two professor of the last university attended.

5) Recommendation from the present employer (if employed)

6) Medical certificate on the prescribed form (Minimum MBBS Doctor).

7) An acceptance letter of any Japanese University, if any or any letter of communication with any Japanese University/Professor.

8) 'No Objection Certificate' in original from employer, if employed, must be brought at the time of interview.

9) Experience Certificate.
