JC WORLD: INTODUCTION

JC World is the first retail venture at Wishtown, Noida. It is situated in sector 128 at Jaypee Greens, Wishtown Noida (strategically located at junction of sector 128 and the institutional sector 132). Thus, it is connected to civilization on both sides of Noida-Greater Noida expressway, through the four leaf clover structure. Our target group is unlimited –the inherent population of appx. 1.95 lacs based in WISH TOWN Noida as well as that of the surrounding institutional sectors and also of the already inhabited residential belt across the expressway amounting to appx. 2.50 lacs population (expected to cross over 5 lacs by 2016). Since the location is in a unique place, it allows us to capture the footfalls from all sides. The target group envisaged starts from a 2 year old child to even a 90 year old person, working or non-working, male or female, people who just want to relax and enjoy and connect with life – be it in form of retail therapy/fun/rejuvenation/food/entertainment etc. JC has been envisioned as NCR’s newest unwinding hub, with an area of appx 2.50 lac sq ft with 5 floors dedicated to retail shops, cafe’s’ restaurants, lounges and family club, spa & gym, food court, multiplexes and smart studios. Exteriors – The design of the place is multi-frontal, with a ceremonial portico entrance, surrounded by organic landscape. The façade consists of central glass elements, combined with wooden vertical slants placed against natural stones and playful green walls – thus imparting a dynamic, somewhat abstract, yet solid appearance that changes continually as we walk around the building. One of JC’s most beautiful features is its grand main atrium, which brings the mall to life. Made of clean glass, the stunning atrium brings a wealth of natural light and sunshine into JC which gives the feeling of being outdoors. And, as the evening falls, the mall’s exquisite play of light creates the perfect setting for leisurely shopping, entertainment and relaxed dining.

Interiors – JC’s interior is crafted as a journey of intrigue and discovery. Every spot in the mall holds small moments of surprise – from luxurious environment to contemporary to warm and cosy interiors to various fun filled activities – thus giving innumerable experiences of relaxation, well being and happiness. Retail Zones – The retail zones have been created to connect with the customer at all levels – emotional and practical. The range of retail environment to be showcased here would be incredibly wide. The famous design firm La Archplan has been brought on board to materialize the meticulously planned concept. La Archplan Pvt. Ltd. was established in India in 1977 and boasts an impressive line-up of projects across India as well as internationally. It has crafted many high profile malls, resorts, residential complexes and corporate facilities and also have the credits of the first platinum rated green building in the Middle East to their name. La Archplan is associated with a renowned US-based architectural design and interiors firm – Design Development Group (DDG).
