Mr. Turk is experienced in preparing Phase I & II studies and design plans for the Illinois Tollway, Illinois Department of Transportation, Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT), and local county departments. Mr. Turk has been leading P-C's MOT design work under contracts 4304, 4305, and 4306 for the Tollway and is an expert in 3D modeling utilizing OpenRoads SS4. Allison Eberhardt, P.E. has more than ten years of experience preparing and revising design plans for bridges, roads, highways, and railroads. She is skilled at designing horizontal and vertical alignments, generating cross sections, and developing cost estimates for roadway reconstruction projects. Ms. Eberhardt is an expert in the development of geometric studies and the preparation of hydraulic reports and location drainage studies. Allison is leading P-C's drainage design work under Tollway contract 4306. Wally Maynard is an engineering technician with more than twenty years of experience in the preparation of civil engineering design plans for bridges, roads, highways and commercial and residential developments. In addition to CAD drafting and design, he has performed construction inspection and surveying on a wide variety of projects including projects for IDOT, the City of Chicago and the City of Aurora. Mr. Maynard has established CAD policies and procedures for engineering design firms. Andrew Hein is a recent civil engineering graduate from Iowa State University. He has three internships worth of experience in the construction and project management field. He has experience working on various roadway construction projects, including a large grade separation and bridge project for the City of Iowa City, IA.
