INTRODUCTIONJEB partition systems provide the ultimate flexibility in design. The unique extrusion profiles have been designed so that they can be configured in an infinite number of combinations and incorporated with almost any other material or finish. The profiles are usually cut on site, making it possible to incorporate last minute changes in layout or to adjust to site conditions without affecting the cost or project completion dates.
The profiles can be reused when there is ‘office churn’. Additional materials and “top-ups” are always available and can usually be delivered in 7 to 21 days. JEB maintains a substantial stock of all extrusions and accessories in several different countries.
We are committed to the regular introduction of new designs and new profiles. We are happy to work with architects and designers and to customize profiles in order to realize their design concepts. Our product has been cleverly designed and is easy to understand, enabling designers to fully express their creativity without the constraints of factory tooling, moulding and prefabrication lead time.
In today’s modern office environment, office partitions must be able to offer aesthetics as well as acoustic performance. JEB has several systems that are able to provide both at the same time as offering design creativity and flexibility.
Our full time design staff provides a comprehensive CAD support service and any other tender documentation can be provided upon request. Our project and technical staff are available at any time, in any location around the world, to provide a technical support service whenever necessary.
SYSTEM FEATURES
FLEXIBILITY
Partitions are constructed on site allowing minor changes to design and layout to be easily accommodated at no extra cost and with no delay to the project.
A PRODUCT TAILOR MADE FOR DESIGNERS/ ARCHITECTS
With so many profiles and interlocking shapes, JEB partitions can be configured in many unique ways. This is a product that will excite any designer/architect.
BEAUTIFUL/ DURABLE FINISH
JEB partition frames are constructed with anodised aluminium profiles. We have an outstanding range of anodised colours that can be used to complement any design. Anodising is the most durable and beautiful finish that can be applied to aluminium.
SUPER FAST LEAD TIME
JEB strives to deliver all standard sections and accessories within 2 to 5 weeks (Customs procedures may delay delivery in some countries). JEB will ensure that challenging project schedules will not be compromised.
EASE AND SPEED OF INSTALLATION
JEB aluminium profiles are pre-finished so that no touch up is required after installation. All necessary accessories are supplied as part of the system. Aluminium is light and easy to cut on site. Snap together profiles reduce fixing and labour costs.
COMPETITIVE PRICE
JEB partition frames are competitive. The profiles are light and easy to transport and they are incorporated with locally sourced materials, such as plasterboard, glass and doors, to produce first class, good looking and technically sound partitions.
X-SERIES JEB is proud to introduce the X-Series partition system to the international office market. The X-Series highlights the glass component of a partition and minimizes the aluminium frames to create a very lightweight and contemporary appearance. A beautifully beveled door frame integrates seamlessly with adjacent glass panels. X-Series answers all the design and technical criteria required of an office compartment.

Doors can be Solid or Glass (single or double glazed) and swing, slide or pivot.

SLIMLINE
JEB SLIMLINE PARTITION
The Slimline glazing partition is a classic lightweight profile system that has a proven track record. It is based on a 45 mm x 25 mm glazing sill and bead and a selection of door frame options.
The Slimline selection of extrusions allows a variety of applications. The glazing head may also be used as a door head fixed to the ceiling grid. Glazing frames have an option for mullions and transoms and can accept glass from 6 mm to 12 mm thick. The Slimline frames provide an elegant and cost effective design solution.
WIDELINE
JEB WIDELINE PARTITION
The Wideline glazing partition is another classic JEB product. It is available for use with a partition using a 51 mm or 64 mm stud frame and is the product of choice for many architects and designers.
Comprised of a 90 / 105 mm x 25 / 50 mm framework, the Wideline system can produce a selection of complete prefinished door frames as well as glass and door opening reveals, 5 mm architraves for termination of adjacent skirting and can accept glass from 6 mm to 12 mm thick.
Wider frames are also available upon request and can cater for partition thicknesses of 116 mm and 132 mm.
JEB FRONTLINE GLASS PARTITION
The Frontline glazing partition was the first system to offer the options of double glazing for acoustic purposes as well as offset single glazing. It can be used with any of the JEB door frame options and incorporated with several of the other JEB partition systems. Glass can be from 6 mm to 12 mm thick.
The Frontline system has a total width of 105 mm being designed for use with a stud frame of:
51 mm + 3 sheets of plasterboard + 5 mm skirting each side (optional)
64 mm + 2 sheets of plasterboard + 5 mm skirting each side (optional)

AEROFOIL
AEROFOIL PARTITION
The Aerofoil glazing partition is a breakthrough in glass and door frame design. Curved profiles soften the traditional square edged frames. This system has had a profound and immediate impact on the design community with its innovative appearance.
Large architectural vertical posts can be incorporated with any of the other JEB systems. The profiles have been designed so that any number of options is available for the horizontal elements, including intermediate mullions and transoms if required. Door frames are easily added and the system will accept glass from 6 mm to 12 mm thick.
Designers often use this product when they want to make a bold “statement”.
TRIMS TO SOLID WALLS
Continuity of design is ensured with a selection of skirting and cornice options that can be applied to both drywall and base building walls.
Skirting and cornice are used to provide ease and speed of decoration of walls. If required, a PVC cover mould can be fitted into a special profile to conceal fixing screws.
A PVC corner piece is specifically designed to act as a corner joint to ease fixing and to provide a neat termination.
WALL END CAPS
The wall end caps are designed to provide a partition termination compatible with standard walls constructed with 50 mm, 64 mm or 76 mm steel studs.
JEB DOOR OPTIONS
JEB partition systems offer a range of door and hardware solutions. All doors can be used with a swing, slide or pivot option. A range of standard hardware is also offered as an option.
Aluminium Single Glass Doors There are 2 frame profile options – 75 mm and 115 mm. Both accommodate standard door hardware including concealed closers and drop seals if required. This door can be used with any of the JEB door frame options.
Jebesis Double Glass Doors The original double glass door by JEB is 50 mm thick and offers beautiful slim profiling. The colourback glass border is available in almost any colour. This door provides excellent acoustic values and can be used with any of the JEB door frame options.
Asymmetric Double Glass DoorsThe latest double glass door by JEB with an asymmetric frame. The edge rebate allows for a ‘flush faced glass’ detail. This door also provides excellent acoustic values. Frameless Single Glass Doors A frameless glass door panel that provides some acoustic value when used with a JEB door frame. The Italian patch hinges and handles make this a very elegant option. Offset pivot hinges are also available.

KIT OF PARTS
JEB partition systems are sold as a “Kit of Parts” that enables the frames to be cut and built to measure, according to site conditions. Any minor changes to the partition layout can be easily accommodated without additional cost. Delivery is 2 to 5 weeks by air
anywhere in the world. Additional components can be shipped out in a matter of days.
JEB partition systems are designed to accommodate every project no matter how urgent the schedule.
