SAFETY
With over 3500 jet operators in the US, only ~300 are qualified to fly our clients. Jets.com requires a Trip Cheq on all flights ensuring the highest minimum of flight hours
in the industry. Insurance minimums required on all qualified aircraft. Transparency – Your clients will always know who has operational control of the
aircraft. All backup aircraft must also adhere to these standards.

CONSISTENCY
With more than 3500 aircraft operators in the US, JETS.com booked flights with less than 220 of them in 2007. Using Customer survey results which are done upon completion of each flight, and safety checks to select the best operator for each trip.
Flight tracking uses comprehensive check lists for every flight ensuring that every detail is followed through. You will always know when your client is taking off or landing.
Electronic integration with key vendors ensures accuracy in trip itinerary

The Jets.com Concierge department understands that every customer and trip is a unique experience.
Custom baskets, on select flights, offer gifts appropriate for the passengers and the trip.
