During biodegradation, the bag will convert the material into inert humus (biomass) CO2, water and methane.

Depending on the number of micro-organisms found in the sewage environment, the degradation will last from 9 months to 5 years.

TWIRL’EM ecolo bags are offered in all the standard sizes of TWIRL’EM bags, and also has a guaranteed 5 years shelf life.

Silicon oxide coated polyester (PET) laminated to LDPE for a total thickness of 2.85 mil.

Ideal for sensitive samples and long-term sampling, for up to two years.

The polyester side is in compliance with the FDA regulation for direct contact with food.

Heat Tolerant bags can withstand heat of up to 120 °C, compared to others

The melt point temperature of the inside layer of the pouch is between 120 and 128 °C..Despite this fact, Heat Tolerant bags are not intended for use in autoclaves.

Pouring is made easier with the Heat Tolerant bags design: a stand-up bag with bottom gusset.

Only offered in 4.5 x 9 in.

The black resin of the TWIRL’EM opaque bags is a total light barreir that protects photosensitive substances. It is also FDA and USDA approved.

The opaque bag is recommended to be used in agri-food, pharmaceutical and environmental industries.

The TWIRL’EM opaque bags are DNase, RNase and pyrogen free: they are suitable with DNA and RNA samples.

Only offered in 4.5 x 9 in.

Instructions:

1. Tear-off perforated top

2. To avoid contamination to the interior, open the bag by pulling the pull-tabs apart

3. Insert sample into Sterile Sampling Bag (either liquid or solid)

4. Grasp both wire ends so as to draw inner surfaces together

5. Twirl the bag 3 to 4 times or fold over if preferred or too heavy

6. Fold both wire ends onto the bag to provide airtight and leak-proof closure

• TWIRL’EM BARRIER BAGS offer a longer conservation of liquids, diminishing the evaporation speed.
