Location-Based Deal Alerts for Smartphones
• Provisional Patent Filing: No. 500,645
• Filed: June 24, 2011
• Topic: System for Multiple Database Correlation of Location-Based Information
666© 2012 Ping4 – Proprietary & Confidential
• Concept: Efficiency patent utilizing consumer smartphones to rapidly auto-populate franchise chain location database for Ping4 promotions
• Business Proposition:
• BOLO (Be On Look-Out) invention allows all chain stores to be populated with a single entry in the smartphone database as consumers in proximity of a store Search the category of the store, thereby eliminating thousands of individual required location entries, GPS coordinates, addresses, phone numbers, etc.

Where Inc. were issued a US Patent, 7,848,765, in December of 2011 for GPS location technology related to mobile devices
Where have also filed a Continuation claim, 2007/0244633, attempting to secure claims in their initial filing which were initially rejected.
Our IP attorney expects these claims will be rejected again
We are confident that, 1. our current Ping4 product does not infringe on the issued Where Patent since we have an entirely different technique for defining the geo-fence and, 2. that our own Utility patent claim for High precision Location Based GPS or Wi-Fi Search, Alert or Warning System will be crafted to ensure no conflict with the content of their published documentstoBased GPS or Wi-Fi Search, Alert or Warning System
