• Abandoned Vehicles (also known as "ABA" vehicles) • Amphibious vehicles • Composite Vehicles (Dune buggies, kit cars, any homemade vehicles,
motorcycles or trailers) • Former military vehicles • Grey Market Vehicles (Vehicles imported that may not conform to
Federal safety standards.) • Vehicles with an altered, missing or otherwise undetectable Vehicle
Identification Number (VIN)
THESE VEHICLES MUST BE INSPECTED AT A DMV INSPECTION LANE
