Position
Currently seeking a seasoned Office Executive to manage and run the affairs of the office and offer support to partners and management in their day to day activities.
Your Mission• General correspondence
• Telephone calls, screening and follow-up
• Planning of meetings and appointments in France and abroad (conference calls, meetings, etc.)
• Management and organization of trips (reservations: taxi, hotel, transport etc.)
• Proofreading of documents in French and English
• Ordering supplies and payment of invoices
• Administrative management: filing and archiving
Desired skills & Experience
• Minimum BAC+2
• 5 years minimum of relevant experience (with a good knowledge of financial services environment)
• Multilingual, English-French-Spanish (perfectly fluent) Other languages would be an advantage (Dutch, German)
• Excellent spelling/grammar and writing skills (English and French)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good sense of discretion, able to work autonomously
• Proficient with Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Great multi-tasking skills and able to prioritize assignments and take relevant initiatives
Employment Condition
• Location: Paris 8th arrondissement
• Type of contract: CDI (long term contract)
• Salary: Very attractive base pay + Bonus

• The Office Executive will report directly to the country director in Paris.

MissionProspection de nouveaux clients et réseaux de distribution (appel téléphonique, suivi clientèle et prise de rendez-vous)
Participation à l'évolution de la gamme de produits, de la conception à la vente en agissant notamment sur la promotion des produits.
Participation aux salons et conférences.Traitement des commandes et gestion de leur suivi logistiqueEtudes de marché & Création de présentations commerciales.
Reporting & Tâches administratives (courrier, notes de frais, gestion des déplacements)
ProfilTitulaire d’un BAC + 2, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 2 ans minimum
Expérience en service commerciale/business développement
La maîtrise des réseaux de distribution notamment en CHR serait un avantage
Savoir travailler en équipe avec un esprit start-up
Organisation, réactivité et prise d'initiative (important)
Microsoft pack (Word, Excel, PPT)Un bon niveau en Anglais
Remuneration
Salaire Fixe + COMMISSIONS
