CYCA are seeking to employ a Case Coordinator for our established Securing Futures project, extended until May 2017. The project provides a holistic package of care for children and their families where parents have low level mental health problems or a learning disability.

Salary £29, 279 37.5 hours per week based at our Dewi Sant Centre Llanelli but working within local primary schools in Llanelli.
