NTU Virtual Job-In Fair 2021 is a combined Jobs & Internship Fair.As one of the major career events, it attracted over 3,600students for last year’s fair. It offers employers the opportunityof brand building and interaction with the undergraduates andpostgraduates. Students may visit your virtual booth, interactwith you and your hiring managers online, learn about yourinternship and graduate job opportunities.
This event is held over 5 days, from 30 August to 3 September2021, with the virtual portal accessible 24 hours daily to allparticipating employers and students.
With virtual fair open to the entire NTU student populationincluding students from Graduating Class of 2021, you can besure that this is the right platform to find your talent pool withinNTU.

OVERVIEW OF FEATURES AT VIRTUAL JOB-IN FAIR 2021
Similar to a physical event, each employer will have their own booth, except that the booths are virtual in this event.
Employers may interact with students using the text chat, voice chat or video chat function.
Chat Options: One to one interaction (one employer representative to one student) Group interaction (one employer representative to three students)
Queue system for chats and/or interviews
Meet the Team: You can feature the profiles of the company representatives. Allow
students to get to know your team better. *
Employers have access to view students’ profile and collect resumes (applicable only when students uploaded the resume in the event portal).
Job applications can be received through 3 different modes – via the portal, through email or directed to an external link.
Download and export of list of job applicants to invite students for interviews
Pre-scheduled or ad-hoc interviews can be done virtually during the event.
Employers will have access to reports and statistics after event.

1. The best platform to brand your company’s booth throughout event
Select your virtual booth from a variety of 5 designs and 10 colour schemes.
Each virtual booth comes with 4 poster spaces and 1 TV with unlimited number of videos, allowing companies to customise their booths with corporate branding. Another attractive feature is the ability to upload company’s brochures for students’ viewing and downloading.

2. Interact with NTU students onlineJust like a physical fair, you will be able to interact with NTU students at yourvirtual booth and/or virtual Networking Lounge throughout the event. Thiscan be done via video or voice call, or text. You will also be able to select yourchoice of interaction, either one-to-one or group (one employer to threestudents).
Each company can have 1 main account and 4 sub-accounts for your HRpartners, Line Managers and/or NTU Alumni to engage students remotelyfrom their offices locally or overseas.
While students can initiate the chat and/or interview with you, it is also vice-versa where you can also identify students who have visited your virtualbooth to initiate a chat with them. You can even use this platform to conductvideo interviews with students at the ease of your own office space or home!
3. One-stop platform to manage job applications
This virtual fair platform allows you to:• post internship and full-time jobs to recruit the students from all
disciplines with Bachelor, Master or PhD degrees• collect resumes & view the number of applicants per job• shortlist & invite students for walk-in and/or pre-scheduled interview
sessions• manage students’ acceptance of interviews & reschedule where
necessary• export the list of applicants for easy follow-up

4. SETTING UP YOUR VIRTUAL BOOTHTo set up, you will need to:
• Input your organisation profile and career opportunities
• Input your team profile in the “Meet the Team” tab
• Select your booth design and colour
• Upload your company logo and poster graphics
• Upload your documents/brochures (Preferred)
• Upload your corporate video(s) (Preferred)
• Create sub-account(s) for your colleague(s) for online chat and/or interviews (Preferred)
• Prepare the online chat schedule for your colleagues to chat with students (Preferred)
Once you have all the required materials as mentioned on hand, you can possibly complete the set up in less than an hour.
5. STAFFING YOUR VIRTUAL BOOTH
What you need to know and do:
• Plan your chat and/or interview schedule, indicating the date and time, in the system. The chat and interview sessions can be conducted anytime throughout the event.
• Please note that chat schedules are visible to students; hence employers only need to come in at the indicated timeslots. From past analytics, student traffic is highest during lunch hour to late afternoon (i.e. 11am to 4pm).
• Make an announcement at your booth for students to be notified of your availability.
• Plan your resources (time & number of personnel involved) required in setting up and/or maintaining your booth.
• Online chat or interview are optional for participating companies. Students can leave a message at your booth if you are unavailable for an online chat.

When will I know if my registration is successful?If your registration is successful, you will receive an email notification with your username and password around mid August.
For sponsors, you will receive the booking confirmation email around end July. Please prepare the high-resolution logo (in EPS/PDF/AI file) for submission by 4 August 2021.

3) When will we be billed for this event?You will receive the invoice from us after this event. You may refer to the next page for the Terms & Conditions with instructions on the payment modes and deadline for payment to be made.
4) Will there be a training session for employers?Yes, we will have one training session before the actual event to allow employers to be more familiarised with the virtual platform and the existing and new features.

Please take note of the following before you register:
• Each company is only allowed to book one (1) virtual booth.
• All quoted prices indicated is before 7% GST.
• Virtual booth will be allocated based on alphabetical order of company name, subject to approval of registration and booth confirmation. Silver and Gold Sponsors will have a priority over Basic package.
• Cancellation request made after booth confirmation is not allowed. After which, full package price will be imposed. If payment has not been made, NTU reserves the right to demand for payment.
• Payment must be made to “Nanyang Technological University” within 30 days from the date of invoice. All payments must be made via telegraphic transfer or cheque, with all administration charges borne by your organisation.
• Overseas companies participating in this event will have to absorb their own bank transfer charges, on top of the event’s package cost (before GST).
• NTU reserves the right to make changes to the event dates.
• NTU reserves the right to decline any bookings submitted.
• NTU reserves the right to decline companies who have not cleared any outstanding payment(s) to NTU.
