KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE The candidate must possess a minimum of a high school diploma and previous office experience. This position requires a highly motivated individual with good communication skills, a high attention to detail and excellent time management. The individual must have strong computer skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Accountable for the accurate and timely collection, sorting, and putting away of paper files, as well as additional personal tax loose filing. 2. Responsible for some scanning and archiving of corporate loose files. 3. Provide reception relief as required, covering for breaks and sick days.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
