Sisters  of  Today  and  Tomorrow  (SOT)  is  a  non-­‐profit  organiza,on  with  a  mission  to  encourage  and  upliV  young  women  of  color  by  exposing  them  to  teaching  of  career  explora,on,  dinner  e,queZe,  job  prepara,on,  healthy  exercise  and  nutri,on,  leadership,  networking,  effec,ve  communica,on  (wriZen  and  oral)  skills,  and  life  skills  to  young  women  ages  9-­‐18  years  old  (SOT,  2013).  The  programs  are  free  to  par,cipants.  This  organiza,on  will  track  the  par,cipant’s  progress  and  success  while  they  are  members  of  the  program.
