Join our Team! Junior Platform Engineer (w/m/d) We are looking for a Junior developer who is proficient with React.js. and is hands-on in deploying & automating production systems. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important. Responsibilities - Deploying, automating, maintaining and managing AWS cloud based production system, to ensure the availability, performance, scalability and security of production systems. - Build, release and configuration management of production systems. - Implement and improve monitoring and alerting. - Build and maintain data pipelines - Managing production infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, etc. Requirements - Familiarity with cloud stacks like AWS - Familiarity in Ops / infrastructure part: CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker - Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases - Experience with Apache Airflow, including installing, configuring and monitoring Airflow cluster - Python & Pandas, with demonstrated experience in ETL About Us Beets & Roots is an innovative fast-casual concept, founded in 2016 by Michelin-starred chef Andreas Tuffentsammer and former Quandoo manager Max Kochen.
