As a marketer, social media is a godsend. Sites like Facebook provide a free platform to host your

Running a marketing campaign through Facebook can take it one step further, producing quality leads
with extremely high chances of conversion- if you know how to work it. All too often, companies take

Targeting too Large an Audience

The money spent creating specific copy will pale in comparison to the raise in your conversion rates.
Not Engaging Your Audience
Facebook is your chance to get personal with your audience. Most people are not going to go to your site, find the “contact” tab and write you a nice little email detailing their questions and concerns about your product. Not going to happen.
They will, however, take the familiar route of writing a comment on one of your images or product pages. It is in a format they recognize and have already personalized. Hey everyone,
Today we are going to talk about Equipment Management. There are 3 steps to this. First, we are going
to create a sales quote, and then sell that piece of equipment to the customer, and lastly, send them an
invoice.
Let’s use a simple example. Say a customer wants to buy a new backhoe loader from us.
To start out, we’re going to click “equipment availability”, which is found under the “Favorite” section.
You can also add all your own frequently used forms under the Favorite section as well.
Now on the equipment availability form, the system lists all of the equipment available at the
dealership.
To make it easier, we will filter the search to show only “new backhoe loaders” in the system. Of course,
once we do that we will only see the new backhoe loaders on the list. Now if we scroll to the right, you
can see that the first piece of equipment is available and it is in stock.
Next, let’s check the financial details of this piece by opening the “equipment details” and then opening
“financial summary”. The financial summary shows us all of the financial details of this piece of
equipment, so for example we can see the book value here.
This list is fully customizable. You can add your own calculations and buckets here. Now let’s close that
out and move back to equipment availability. From here, it is really easy to create a sales quote. We just
select the piece of equipment, and then under the “Equipment” tab here, click “sales quotation”.
Here we will need to fill out some mandatory fields, including the customer account. So, I’m going to
first select “PS Healthcare”, and then select the order class. This one is going to be an equipment
construction deal and the currency is going to be US dollars. And then we click okay, which will take us
to the sales quotation form.
Alright, so this is a sales quotation form. Now as you can see, all the routing information is copied from
the equipment to the sales quote automatically.
Next what we are going to do is open the dealer sheet, which is essentially a cost sheet. Here we’ll see
the cost breakdown of the equipment. The breakdown will show us the book value of the equipment,
and then allow us to apply a sales margin here; let’s say 10%. And now the system will automatically
calculate a sale price for this item.
Now here you can add more cost lines or estimated cost lines; like a service call or a charge for the
freight out. For now, let’s say this is the sale price and now we can go back to the sales quote. Checking
the invoice, we see the unit price is now there. From here, we can send the quotation to the customer
via email, or print it out, or even save it as a PDF. It’s up to your needs, really.
Then once you click ‘okay’, the quotation is sent to the customer.
So that’s step one.
Now let’s say that customer accepts our offer. Great news. Now, we have to convert the sales quotation
to a sales order. To do this, first we have to click the ‘convert to sales order’ follow up tab. Then we
need to confirm that conversion by clicking ‘okay’. And now the system will automatically create the
sales order.
We can view the created sales order if we go to the general tab on the quotation and we click the sales
order option.
So now the sales order is opened. As you see here, every detail is copied to the sales order automatically
from the original sales quote; we don’t have to input them manually. So that saves us some time.
On the order form, we can select the choice “confirm the sales order” which will then let us print the
order and send it to the customer.
One more thing.
Let’s say that we are finished with the packaging and service calls, and we have a piece of equipment
ready to be delivered to the customer. If we go here, to the “pick and pack” tab, we can select “post
packing slip”. And now we can say that we would like to “deliver all quantities” from the sales order.
By posting the packing slip and clicking “okay”, the system will set the sales order status to delivered. It
will also update the equipment status to be delivered.
If you are ready to deliver, the final step is to invoice the customer. This is done by going to the
“invoice” tab and selecting the invoice option. Pretty straightforward. Again, this can be done by email,
you can print it, or you can save it as a PDF.
So we’re going to click “okay” here, which will then invoice the customer. What is important to mention
here is that this is an integrated system which takes care of all of the ledger entries and all of the status
changes in AX.
So there you have it. We have successfully proposed an offer, made a sale, packaged equipment and
invoiced our customer. It’s as simple as that.

A Side-by-Side Review of Strattera and Adderall
According to the CDC, 4.6 million children between the ages of 4 and 17 have been diagnosed with ADHD as of 2011. As more medications are produced to combat this rather widespread mental disorder, it can be hard to tell which medication is right for you or your loved ones. Here we will compare two of the more prominent medications used to treat ADHD sypmtoms: Adderall and Strattera. We will outline the the effectiveness of each drug and any potential side effects, as well as groups who should avoid drugs such as these.
Strattera and Adderall are medications commonly used to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). They’re both designed to help improve your attention span while decreasing hyperactivity and impulsiveness. Though no side-by-side studies have been conducted into the effectiveness of one drug over the other, both are shown to be effective in treating the symptoms of ADHD. Although they’re both used primarily for treatment of ADHD, these are two very different types of medication. Adderall is a central nervous system stimulant containing amphetamine and dextroamphetamine. Strattera is a selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor containing atomoxetine hydrochloride. Each medication comes with it's own risks and side effects. Interactions with other drugs can also change how the medications work. Therefore it is important to keep your doctor informed to any and all medications, supplements or vitamins you are taking, in order to avoid potential interactions.
Adderall Adderall is classified as a controlled substance by the federal government, as it is a habit forming amphetamine. It has more of a tendency to be abused, and therefore it's use should be monitored carefully. Potential side effects with stimulant drugs like Adderall include dizziness, headache, dry mouth, loss of appetite, weight loss, mood swings, nervousness, and insomnia. More potentially serious side effects have also been noted with the use of Adderall, including high blood pressure, increased heart rate, circulation problems, blurred vision, and slowed growth in children. In rare cases, Adderall has been linked to risk of seizures, stroke, heart attack, and new or worsening psychiatric problems.
Because of it's health risks and drug interactions, there are many people who should avoid taking Adderall. These groups include those that have recently taken MAOI inhibitors, those who suffer from anxiety and those who have a history of substanceabuse. Additionally, Adderall is not recommended for those that have heart disease, hardening of the arteries, or high blood pressure. Those with hyperthyroidism or glaucoma should also avoid taking Adderall.
Overdosing on Adderall can cause tremors, confusion, and psychosis. It can lead to cardiovascular problems, gastrointestinal problems, or even death. Should you wish to stop taking Adderall, talk to your doctor about how to do so safely, as there are withdrawal symptoms. These include depression, sleep problems, and extreme fatigue, and are less likely to happen if you are taking your medication as directed.
Strattera In general, Strattera's side effects are more mild than those of it's stimulant counterpart. Although, according to DailyMed, short-term clinical trials have shown that Strattera increases the risk of suicidal thoughts in children and teens. While there were no actual suicides during these trials, young people taking Strattera require careful monitoring. Straterra is non habit forming. The drug is unlikely to be abused, and you can stop using Strattera without tapering off. Strattera comes with it's own unique risks and side effects. Talk with your doctor immediately if you are taking the drug and experience impulsive behavior, panic attacks, insomnia, mania, suicidal thoughts, irritability, anxiety, or hostility. Potential side effects while taking Strattera include mood swings, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, fatigue, nausea and decreased appetite. Some more serious side effects have been noted with the use of Strattera. These include slowed growth in children, trouble urinating, allergic reactions such as hives and swelling, long lasting erections, and damage to the liver. There is potential risk for heart related problems while using Strattera, especially in those with a history of cardiovascular conditions. There’s a potential for serious problems if you also take decongestants, MAOIs, or blood pressure medications. You shouldn’t take Strattera if you are pregnant or breast feeding, or if you’ve been diagnosed with glaucoma.
Both Adderall and Strattera have been shown to be effective in treating ADHD symptoms. Both come with a fair number of potential side effects, some of which can be serious. Before taking them or giving them to your child, discuss all the potential benefits and risks with your doctor, and continue monitoring during their use.
